Unclaimed Shares
In pursuance of the provisions of the IEPF Rules as defined below and as amended from time to time, the Company has transferred additional 19786 equity shares held by 365 shareholders/beneficial owners to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), in respect of which dividend has been unpaid / unclaimed for a period of seven consecutive years, taking financial year 2013-14 as the base year, and for which the designated due date was 31st October, 2021. Any person whose shares and / or unclaimed dividend have been transferred to the IEPF, may re-claim the same by submitting an online application to the IEPF Authority in Form IEPF-5 available on the website of Investor Education and Protection Fund at the web-link http://www.iepf.gov.in/IEPF/corporates.html
