- Shareholders who have not received dividend warrants or have not en-cashed dividend warrants for one or more of the dividends listed above, are requested to apply directly to the Company for duplicate warrants providing details of Folio No./Client ID, No. of shares held and the financial year for which duplicate dividend warrant(s) is / are sought. The shareholder should also forward certified copy of PAN Card and either of Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Voter ID Card as proof of address.
- Unclaimed/unpaid dividend, declared for the financial year 2009-10, which remains unclaimed and unpaid as on 28th October, 2017, would be liable to be transferred by the Company to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) established by the Central Government pursuant to Section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013. Therefore, shareholders who have not so far received and/or en-cashed the dividend warrant(s) are specifically requested to apply for duplicate dividend warrant(s) as advised in note no.(1) above, failing which no claim shall lie against the Company. However, the shareholders may re-claim the aforesaid dividend from the IEPF Authority by following the procedure laid down in the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016.
